摘要
为了提高采煤机记忆截割技术的水平,推进综采工作面设备朝着智慧化和无人化方向发展,研究了惯性导航系统在采煤机定位测姿系统的应用。探讨了“三机”协同的工作方式,使得采煤机的运动轨迹包括S型和直线型等,分析了捷联惯导的原理,给出了捷联惯导系统的硬件结构和选型依据,并分析了定位测姿系统软件的工作流程。
In order to improve the level of coal mining machine memory cut-off technology and promote the development of comprehensive mining working face equipment in the direction of wisdom and unmanned,the application of inertial navigation system in coal mining machine positioning and attitude measurement system is studied.Firstly,it analyzes the working mode of three machines in cooperation,which makes the trajectory of coal miner including S-type and linear-type,etc.Secondly,it analyzes the principle of Jetlink inertial guidance,and finally gives the hardware structure and selection basis of Jetlink inertial guidance system,and analyzes the workflow of the software of positioning and attitude measurement system.
