工业高压锅炉给水泵流体动压机械密封的研究

摘要 锅炉给水泵的介质是高温高压水,其润滑性能差,难以在机械密封的摩擦面上形成有效的润滑膜。摩擦面磨损过快,会导致机械密封泄漏。机械密封件的过度泄漏会影响锅炉给水泵的正常操作。基于此,分析高压锅炉供水泵机械密封件运行过程中容易发生的问题,并分析了高压锅炉供水泵机械密封件的失效表现形式及预防措施,供参考。 The medium of boiler feed pump is high temperature and high pressure water with poor lubrication performance,which makes it difficult to form an effective lubricating film on the friction surface of the mechanical seal.Excessive wear of the friction surface will lead to mechanical seal leakage.Excessive leakage of the mechanical seal will affect the normal operation of the boiler feed pump.Based on this,the problems that are likely to occur during the operation of the mechanical seal of the high-pressure boiler feed pump are analyzed,and the failure of the mechanical seal of the high-pressure boiler feed pump is analyzed in the form of performance and preventive measures for reference.
