摘要
针对复采掘进过程中的探放水钻孔常常出现塌钻、压钻、卡钻和退钻难等问题,从出现原因、设备型号和技术措施三方面进行分析。分析表明,钻机向前钻进的过程中,“压酥”煤体就容易受到钻杆钻进扰动,使得钻杆外壁“压酥”煤体在应力作用下向钻杆中心应力传递,从而导致难钻进现象;使用PDC刮刀钻头、刻槽钻杆或多棱钻杆和大扭矩钻机在复采煤层中钻进效果较好;采用注浆套管技术可有效解决难钻进的问题。该研究成果可指导复采或软岩探放水的施工,保障安全生产。
In view of the difficulties of drilling hole collapse,pressure drilling,sticking and withdrawal in the process of water exploration and drainage in the excavation of re mining,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,equipment models and technical measures.The cause analysis of the problem shows that in the process of drilling forward,the"pressed crisp"coal body is easy to be disturbed by the drill pipe drilling,which makes the"pressed crisp"coal body on the outer wall of the drill pipe transfer the stress to the center of the drill pipe under the action of stress,resulting in the phenomenon of difficult drilling;Equipment analysis shows that PDC scraper bit,grooved drill pipe or multi edge drill pipe and high torque drill rig have better drilling effect in re mining coal seam;In terms of technology,grouting casing technology can effectively solve the problem of difficult drilling.The research results can guide the construction of re mining or soft rock exploration and drainage,and ensure safe production.
