摘要
以某矿为研究对象,针对其巷道断面为直墙半圆拱形,设计应用锚网索联合支护形式,并对巷道表面位移、锚杆(锚索)受力情况进行监测,及时掌握巷道围岩内部锚杆受力情况及变形破坏的规律,结果表明:巷道顶板和两帮位移变化量比较小,说明该支护技术能够对巷道中薄弱岩层的变形和破碎进行有效控制,围岩稳定性好;且锚杆锚索所受初始和最终应力大小值均在锚杆锚索设计最大受力允许范围内。
Taking a mine as an example,for its roadway section is straight wall semi-circular arch,the joint support form of anchor mesh cable is designed and applied,and the roadway surface displacement,anchor rod(anchor cable)force monitoring,timely grasp of the internal anchor rod force and deformation and damage law of the roadway surrounding rock,the results show that:the roadway roof and two gang displacement changes are relatively small,indicating that the support technology can effectively control the deformation and The results show that the support technology can effectively control the deformation and breakage of the weak rock layer in the roadway,and the stability of the surrounding rock is good;and the initial and final stresses of the anchor rod and anchor cable are all within the maximum allowable range of the anchor rod and anchor cable design.
