Research on Oil Leakage Analysis and Automatic Monitoring of Scraper Conveyor Reducer

为了提高刮板输送机减速器漏油故障的监测效率,对减速器漏油位置结构以及漏油发生原因进行分析,提出一种基于无线传输的漏油自动监测系统。该系统可确定漏油点位置并进行漏油预警,在一定程度上提高减速器运行可靠性。

In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of oil leakage fault of scraper conveyor reducer,an automatic oil leakage monitoring system based on wireless transmission is proposed to analyze the structure of oil leakage location of reducer as well as the causes of oil leakage occurrence.The system can determine the location of the oil leakage point and carry out oil leakage warning,and improve the reliability of the reducer operation to a certain extent.
