摘要
对刮板输送机常见故障类型、发生原因以及处理技术等进行归纳总结,针对刮板输送机重载启动难度大、安全系数不高等问题,提出运用智能变频系统控制刮板输送机运行。现场应用结果表明,智能变频控制系统可依据刮板输送机负载调整运行速度,不仅可实现重载启动、提高运行可靠性,而且可降低设备运行能耗,应用效果显著。
The common fault types,causes and processing techniques of scraper conveyors are summarized.The field application results show that the intelligent frequency conversion control system can adjust the operating speed according to the scraper conveyor load,which can not only realize heavy load starting,improve the reliability of operation,but also reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation,and the application effect is remarkable.
