Presents the principle of IGBT control,drive and protection circuitusing in medium frequency heating system .The complementary and high- stability IGBT control signal is produced by integrated phase locked loop circuit L M5 6 5 .The IGBT drive circuit is designed by high speed photo- couple HP310 1,and the over current protection circuit also designed by windows voltage comparator.
