摘要
黄柏为芸香科植物黄皮树PhellodendronchinenseSchneid.的干燥树皮,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒及除骨蒸之功用.本研究基于Patsnap全球专利数据库对黄柏国内外专利进行全方位分析,从发展趋势、技术领域分布、专利申请人、申请热点等多个视角阐述了黄柏专利当前发展态势,结合专利分析和SWOT分析法探讨未来发展方向,提出相应建议,为黄柏产业链优化提供参考价值.我国占据全球黄柏专利申请主导地位,专利数量多,涉及领域广泛,尤其在医疗领域具有显著优势;黄柏专利授权数少,质量与数量差距大,专利保护力度薄弱;产业链上游产品的研发较为欠缺,基础研发力量相对薄弱.因此,在巩固黄柏研发优势领域的同时,需要提高产品技术创新力,增强专利保护意识,扩大合作平台,实现产学研齐发展,以促进黄柏优质产品的研发.
Cortex Phellodendri is the dried bark of the PhellodendronchinenseSchneid.,a plant of the family Rubiaceae, which has the functions of clearing away heat, dryness and dampness, detoxification and bone removal.Based on the Patsnap global patent database, a comprehensive analysis of Cortex Phellodendri domestic and foreign patents was carried out, and then expounded the current development trend of Cortex Phellodendri patents from multiple perspectives such as development trends, technical field distribution, patent applicants, and application hotspots.This study also discussed the future development direction of Cortex Phellodendri patents based on patent analysis and SWOT analysis method, and putted forward corresponding suggestions to provide reference value for the optimization of the Cortex Phellodendri industry chain.China occupies the dominant position in global Cortex Phellodendri patent applicationswith a large number of patents and a wide range of fields, especially in the medical field, which has significant advantages.However, the number of Cortex Phellodendri patent authorizations is small, and the gap between quality and quantity is large.On the other hand, China’s patent protection is weak, the research and development of upstream products in the industrial chain is relatively lacking, and the basic research and development strength is weak.Therefore, while consolidating the advantages of Cortex Phellodendri research and development, it is necessary to improve the technological innovation of products, enhance the awareness of patent protection, and expand the cooperation platform, achieve the development of industry, education and research to promote the development of high-quality products of Cortex Phellodendri.
