During the prevention and control of COVID-19,many problems exposed by emergency language services in China have attracted great attention from all sectors of society. The main reason is that the traditional emergency language service depends too much on offline, which cannot meet the requirements of emergency language service for timeliness and cannot easily find a suitable service provider. This paper focuses on the problems faced by emergency language service, and puts forward the construction scheme of emergency language service online platform based on WeChat applet. The platform focuses on how to effectively complete the specific needs of emergency language services online, and proposes an emergency language service system that integrates automatic voice translation, manual online and offline services. This paper makes a detailed demand analysis and functional module design of the emergency language service online platform, and realizes the important functional modules. The relevant research can provide new ideas and valuable references for the academic community to improve the emergency language service strategy.
