两种冷压插料杆对金刚石分布数量随串珠直径变化和花岗岩切割效率的影响初探

摘要 使用相同的金属胎体结合剂,全自动冷压采用两种冷压插料杆厚度冷压制作金刚石串珠,将两种方式冷压出来的矿山串珠烧结成相同规格,并制作成长度相同的金刚石矿山串珠绳锯,采用同一台绳锯机,在功率相同的条件下,对花岗岩矿山石材进行现场切割,记录金刚石串珠绳锯每一次的切割效率。根据结果得出:金刚石串珠不同厚度的插料杆冷压时,串珠表面的金刚石数量有差异,而随着金刚石串珠直径从大到小变化,两种冷压方式生产的金刚石数量变化趋势趋于一致,而金刚石串珠矿山绳锯对花岗岩的切割效率与串珠表面金刚石的数量具有一定的相关性,改变金刚石在径向上的分布对调整金刚石绳锯性能具有重大意义。 To use the same metal matrix binder, the automatic cold pressing technology applies two kinds of cold pressing insert rod thicknesses for cold pressing to make diamond string beads, sinters the two kinds of cold pressing mine wire beads into the same specifications, and produces diamond mine wire bead saw with the same growth. Under the same power condition, the granite stone is cut on-site, and the cutting efficiency of diamond wire bead saw is recorded every time. According to the result, the diamond quantity on the surface of diamond beads varies with the thickness of the inserting rod. With the diamond bead diameter changing from large to small, the trend of the diamond quantity produced by the two methods of cold pressing tends to be the same. However, the cutting efficiency of diamond wire saws on granite is related to the number of diamonds on the surface of the beads. There is a great significance to adjust the performance of diamond wire saw by changing diamond distribution in radial direction.
