新型P2Y12抑制劑在急性冠脈綜合征應用的研究進展
Research and Application Development of Novel P2Y12 Inhibitors Using in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome
摘要
隨著國際上許多大規模臨床試驗結果的不斷問世,新型P2Y12抑制劑在急性冠脈綜合征的治療中已有了令人鼓舞的結果。現將近年來普拉格雷、替卡格雷、坎格雷洛三種P2Y12抑制劑的研究及應用進展作一綜述。
According to the large international clinical trial results,novel P2Y12 inhibitors were used in patients with acute coronary syndrome.We reviewed the research and clinical application development of Prasugrel,Ticargrelor and Cangrelor.
