摘要
作为基础交通设施的重要组成部分,公路是我国各区域经济、文化交流的纽带,在我国经济腾飞过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。而社会经济快速增长进一步增加了公路设施的交通压力,对于公路工程的施工质量提出了更高的要求,其中首当其冲的便是混凝土施工。混凝土是目前我国公路施工中最为常用的材料,其独特的稳定性、耐用性和高强度受到施工人员的青睐。只有把控好混凝土施工质量才能使公路工程质量“百尺竿头,更进一步”。基于此,对当下部分公路施工中的混凝土施工状况进行研究、整理和分析,阐述了部分公路施工中混凝土施工存在的问题,对混凝土材料配比、模板安装、混凝土运输、混凝土摊铺和振捣等多个混凝土施工技术进行分析,并提出一些公路施工中的混凝土施工质量控制策略,用以提高混凝土施工效率和质量,为相关工作人员提供理论参考。
As an important part of basic transportation facilities,highway is the link of regional economic and cultural exchanges in China,and plays an important role in the process of China’s economic take-off.The rapid growth of social economy further increases the traffic pressure of highway facilities and puts forw ard higher requirements for the construction quality of highway engineering,among which the concrete construction is the first to bear the brunt.Concrete is the most commonly used material in highway construction in China.Its unique stability,durability and high strength are favored by constructors.Only by controlling the quality of concrete construction can the quality of highway engineering be further improved.Based on this,this paper studies,arranges and analyzes the concrete construction status in some highway construction,expounds the problems existing in concrete construction in some highway construction,analyzes several concrete construction technologies such as concrete material ratio,formwork installation,concrete transportation,concrete paving and vibration,and puts forward some concrete construction quality control strategies in highway construction,it is used to improve the efficiency and quality of concrete construction and provide theoretical reference for relevant staff.
