地铁施工中盾构法施工技术要点分析

摘要 近年来,随着城市建设水平的逐步发展和人口的快速增长,交通配套设施建设面临着巨大的压力。城市轨道交通的出现和发展有效地缓解了这些交通压力。目前,地铁已经成为城市交通中一个非常重要的出行方式。随着地铁的建设,盾构法施工已成为地铁建设的主流技术,并在实践中得到了广泛应用。结合工程实例,对地铁盾构施工中的关键技术,如盾构始发、隧道参数确定、不良地质反应、隧道出口作业等进行了探讨,提出了地铁盾构施工的控制措施和注意事项,以提高施工效率,保证地铁的施工质量。 In recent years,with the gradual development of urban construction level and the rapid growth of population,the construction of transportation supporting facilities is facing great pressure.In order to alleviate the pressure of urban traffic,the emergence and development of urban rail transit has eff ectively alleviated the traffic pressure.Subway has become a very important way of travel in urban rail transit.With the construction of subway,shield construction has become the mainstream technology of subway construction and has been widely used in practice.Combined with engineering examples,this paper discusses the key technologies in subway shield construction,such as shield departure,determination of tunnel parameters,adverse geological reactions,tunnel exit operation,etc.,and puts forward the control measures and precautions for subway shield construction,so as to improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction quality of subway.
