Analysis on Influencing Factors of Subway Decoration Construction

地铁装修施工受到很多因素影响,如装修设计图纸不规范、操作人员能力较差等。针对这些问题制定相应的改进措施,对于提高地铁装修施工质量有着积极的意义。结合某地铁装饰装修项目实例,对管线工程、多专业的协调配合、加工场地缺少、施工环境湿度大等施工管理难点进行分析,提出合理化建议,对离壁沟防水、栏杆扶手安装、石材及瓷砖材料、防静电地板施工、设计工程图纸质量和机械设备及临时设施的设置等影响因素进行研究,总结相应的施工控制要点,为后续类似地铁装饰装修项目提供参考。

In the process of subway decoration construction,affected by many factors,such as non-standard decoration design drawings and poor ability of operators,sometimes there are some construction problems.Formulating corresponding improvement measures for these problems is of positive signifi cance to improve the quality of subway decoration construction.Combined with a subway decoration project,this paper analyzes the construction management difficulties such as pipeline engineering,coordination and cooperation of multiple disciplines,lack of processing site and high humidity of construction environment,puts forward reasonable suggestions,and studies the influencing factors such as waterproof of wall ditch,installation of handrails,stone and ceramic tile materials,anti-static floor construction,quality of design engineering drawings and setting of mechanical equipment and temporary facilities,Summarize the corresponding construction control points to provide reference for similar subway decoration projects in the future.
