道路沥青混凝土层施工技术探讨

Discussion on Construction Technology of Road Asphalt Concrete Layer

城市化进程的推进促使我国各区域交通线路网络不断完善,道路工程建设规模也随之日益扩大,其中以沥青混凝土为路面材料的道路数量在我国道路工程中占据相当大的比重。为了保证交通运输的正常运转和人民的出行安全,沥青混凝土层施工质量问题不容忽视。基于此,对当下部分道路沥青混凝土层施工状况进行研究、整理和分析,阐述了沥青混凝土的应用优势以及一些道路沥青混凝土路面常见的质量问题,并从沥青混合料配比、沥青混合料搅拌、沥青路面摊铺、沥青路面碾压、接缝处理多个角度提出一些道路沥青混凝土层施工技术应用策略,用以提高道路沥青混凝土层施工效率和质量,为相关工作人员提供理论参考。

The advancement of urbanization promotes the continuous improvement of regional traffic line network in China,and the scale of road engineering construction is also expanding day by day.Among them,the number of roads with asphalt concrete as pavement material accounts for a considerable proportion in China’s road engineering.In order to ensure the normal operation of transportation and people’s travel safety,the construction quality of asphalt concrete layer cannot be ignored.Based on this,this paper studies,arranges and analyzes the current construction status of some road asphalt concrete layers,expounds the application advantages of asphalt concrete and the common quality problems of some road asphalt concrete pavement,and puts forward some application strategies of road asphalt concrete layer construction technology from the perspectives of asphalt mixture ratio,asphalt mixture mixing,asphalt pavement paving,asphalt pavement rolling and joint treatment,in order to improve the construction efficiency and quality of road asphalt concrete layer,and provide theoretical reference for relevant staff.
