提高建筑工程屋面防水施工技术的对策探讨

在我国建设项目中,屋顶的防水问题是一个比较突出的问题。通过对施工实践的分析,可以得出屋面质量问题的成因,如屋面设计不合理、材料质量不过关、施工管理不到位、施工方法不合理等等。为此,应根据其成因,采用主动、高效的防渗技术,为广大居民营造一个高质量的生活环境。建筑屋顶是建设项目的关键,在实际施工过程中应根据建筑物的漏水情况,查找问题根源,并对其进行分析,根据其特点提出相应的措施,合理地进行防水、防渗施工,严格控制施工质量,提高其防水、防渗的质量,以达到预防漏水、提高结构寿命、减少后期维修费用的目的。

In China’s construction projects,the waterproof problem of roof is a more prominent problem.Through the analysis of construction practice,we can get the causes of roof quality problems,such as unreasonable roof design,poor material quality,inadequate construction management,unreasonable construction methods and so on.Therefore,active and efficient anti-seepage technology should be adopted according to its causes to create a high-quality living environment for the majority of residents.The roof of the building is the key of the construction project.In the actual construction process,we shouldfind out the root cause of the problem according to the water leakage of the building,analyze it,and put forward corresponding measures according to its characteristics,reasonably carry out waterproof and anti-seepage construction,strictly control the construction quality and improve its waterproof and anti-seepage quality,so as to prevent water leakage,improve the service life of the structure and reduce the later maintenance cost.
