基于神经网络算法的煤炭建筑工程造价的计价模型研究

Research on Pricing Model of Coal Construction Co st Based on Neural Network Algorithm

结合我国煤炭建设项目成本价格的特点,对煤炭建设项目的价格理论和成本计算方法进行了深入研究和探讨。首先,介绍了建设工程中造价计价的方法和现状,对常规工程造价计价的计算方法进行了分析,提出常见工程造价计价方式的不足之处;然后,针对问题不足建立了基于神经网络算法的煤炭建设项目理论价格体系和成本计算方法;最后,通过案例验证了模型的有效性。

This paper introduces the methods and status quo of cost pricing in construction projects,and analyzes the calculation methods of conventional project cost pricing.Combined with the characteristics of the cost price of coal construction projects in China,the price theory and cost calculation method of coal construction projects are deeply studied and discussed,and the shortcomings of common engineering cost pricing methods are put forward.In view of the problems,the theoretical price system and cost calculation method of coal construction projects based on neural network algorithm are established,and good results are achieved through case verification.
