摘要
在立式浮顶储罐安装过程中,壁板垂直度的控制是质量控制的关键之一。影响罐壁垂直度的因素包括罐基础的水平度、壁板预制时的尺寸偏差、罐壁板组对质量、罐壁板焊接变形、施工卡具、施工方案的选择等。利用水平度控制、反变形法、刚性固定法等措施可有效控制壁板垂直度。
In the installation of verticalfloating roof storage tank,the control of the verticality of the wall plate is one of the keys of quality control.Factors affecting the perpendicularity of the tank wall include the levelness of the tank foundation,the dimensional deviation during the prefabrication of the wall plate,the assembly quality of the tank wall plate,the welding deformation of the tank wall plate,the selection of constructionfixtures,construction schemes,etc.The perpendicularity of wall panels can be effectively controlled by means of levelness control,anti-deformation method,rigidfixation method and other measures.
