高山滑雪项目波纹钢管隧道施工技术

摘要 波纹钢管结构作为一种典型柔性结构,因其结构受力合理、施工工期短、造价低等各方面优势,现已在我国公路工程、矿山工程、市政工程、水利工程、铁路工程等多领域得到广泛应用。以冬奥会高山滑雪工程J8线K0+092-K0+148处波纹钢管隧道实际工程为,从施工前准备、测量放样、基础施工、管节拼装、洞口端墙衬砌、涵背回填等多方面对波纹钢管在复杂山区的施工过程进行了详细阐述,从临时边坡处理、耐久性、结构防腐、结构防水、纵坡防滑等多角度对高山滑雪项目波纹钢管隧道施工关键技术进行了探讨,旨在为同类项目开展提供参考依据。 As a typicalflexible structure,corrugated steel pipe structure has been widely used in highway engineering,mining engineering,municipal engineering,water conservancy engineering,railway engineering and otherfields in China due to its advantages in reasonable structural stress,short construction period,low cost,etc.This paper,based on the actual project of corrugated steel pipe tunnel at K0+092-K0+148 of J8 line of alpine skiing project of the Winter Olympic Games,elaborates the construction process of corrugated steel pipe in complex mountainous areas from many aspects,such as construction preparation,surveying and setting out,foundation construction,pipe joint assembly,portal end wall lining,culvert back backfilling,etc.,including temporary slope treatment,durability,structural anti-corrosion,structural waterproof.This paper discusses the key technologies of corrugated steel pipe tunnel construction in alpine skiing project from various angles,such as longitudinal slope anti-skid,in order to provide a reasonable reference for similar projects.
