基于大数据技术和交通与旅游协同发展理论的公路网规划研究—以云南省4A级及以上旅游景点为例

Research on Highway Network Planning Based on Big Data Technology and the Theory of Coordinated Development of Transportation and Tourism——Take the tourist attractions of Grade 4A and above in Yunnan as an example

通过研究国内外公路旅游适应性评价方法,结合云南省公路网建设实际,提出了公路旅游适应性评价指标,对省内4A及以上旅游景点的旅游适应性进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:云南省公路网对5A级旅游景点的适应性较好;对4A级旅游景点的旅游适应性一般,适应景点的比例为44.4%,需进一步提升4A级景点周边的公路技术等级和公路绿化覆盖率;后续普通国省道改造应重点提高4A级旅游景点周边的公路技术等级,建议技术标准为二级公路,以便提升全域景点连通度,吸引更多车流人流。

Based on the research on the evaluation methods of highway tourism adaptability at home and abroad,combined with the highway network of Yunnan Province,this paper puts forward the evaluation indicators of highway tourism adaptability,and analyzes the tourism adaptability of 4A and above tourist attractions in the province.The results show that the highway network in Yunnan Province has good adaptability to 5A tourist attractions;The road network in Yunnan Province has a general tourism adaptability to 4A tourist attractions,with 44.4%of the scenic spots being suitable.It is necessary to further improve the technical level of roads and the highway green coverage around 4A tourist attractions;The subsequent reconstruction of ordinary national and provincial roads should focus on improving the technical level of km around 4A tourist attractions.It is suggested that the technical standard should be a secondary road,so as to improve the connectivity of scenic spots throughout the region and attract more traffic and people.
