城镇污水处理厂运行中结垢问题的研究与改造实施效果

摘要 某城镇污水处理厂设计处理规模1万吨/日,2009年通过环保验收投入运行。2015年由于工业废水大量接入,污水处理厂运行中出现生化池活性污泥发散泥色发白、二沉池内较浑浊泥水不清、滤池滤料板结无法正常运行等状况,日处理水量降低至0.30万吨/日及以下,有污水溢流情况出现,被当地环保部门重点监管并处罚。分析出现的问题后,通过实施技术改造,包括按照单点配水方式改造原有水解酸化池、采用可提升曝气装置恢复好氧生化系统、重点督促排污企业将工业废水中和药剂由钙盐更换为钠盐,解决由于前端排污企业工业废水投加药剂导致的后端污水厂曝气系统结垢的问题。2021年改造工程实施后,污水处理厂的处理规模恢复至1万吨/日,出水达到一级A排放标准,解决了困扰该厂长达数年的技术难题。 A municipal sewage treatment plant was designed to treat 10,000 tons/day,and was put into operation through environmental protection acceptance in 2009.In 2015,due to the large amount of industrial wastewater access,the activated sludge in the biochemical tank turned white in the operation of the sewage treatment plant,the muddy water in the secondary sedimentation tank was not clear,and thefilter material in thefilter tank could not operate normally.The daily treated water volume was reduced to 30,300 tons/day or less,and there was sewage overflow,which was the focus of supervision and punishment by the local environmental protection department.The problems were analyzed,and the scaling problem of the aeration system of the back-end sewage plant was solved by implementing technical transformation,including transforming the original hydrolysis acidification pool according to the single point water distribution method,restoring the aerobic biochemical system with the lifting aeration device,and urging the sewage enterprises to change the neutralization agent of industrial wastewater from calcium salt to sodium salt,which was caused by the addition of chemicals to the industrial wastewater of the front-end sewage enterprises.After the implementation of the renovation project in 2021,the treatment scale of the sewage treatment plant will be restored to 10,000 tons/day,and the effuent will meet thefirst-class A discharge standard,which solves the technical problems that have plagued the plant for several years.
