摘要
取水工程分为取水头部、输水管道、集水井三大部分。取水头部至关重要,原方案采用人工围堰施工,需要大量开挖河道,影响环境,投资大。为规避不良影响,创新性地进行8个小口径仰斜式钻孔施工,从岸坡一侧通过机械钻孔贯穿河道,并安装取水管道取江水,再经2根输水管道与集水池相连,以自流的方式引江水入集水池满足工业需求。整个取水头部新方案对环境影响小,施工快,投资小。由于采用的是多孔取水,还可以有效避免局部堵塞影响取水效果。完工后通过水量监测,效果良好。
The water intake project is divided into three parts:water intake head water transmission pipeline and water collecting.The water intake head is very important.The original scheme adopts artificial cofferdam construction,which requires a large amount of river excavation affects the environment and requires large investment.In order to avoid adverse effects,eight small-diameter inclined boreholes were innovatively constructed which ran through the river channel through mechanical boreholes from one side of the bank slope and a water intake pipeline was installed to take river water which was then connected to the sump through two water transmission pipelines and the river water was introduced into the sump by gravity to meet industrial needs.The new scheme of the whole water intake head has little impact on the environment fast construction and small investment.Due to the use of porous water intake it can also effectively avoid local blockage affecting the water intake effect.After the completion the effect is good through water volume monitoring.
