在我国建筑工程质量管理中,主管部门通常会在影响工程质量的重要因素上对建筑产品质量加以控制。BIM作为一项新兴的技术手段,相对于传统的建筑质量管理技术有着显著的优越性。从BIM技术在建设项目实施质量管理中的运用、产生的效益以及存在的问题及改进措施三大方面进行具体阐述,以期促进BIM技术在项目施工质量管理中的应用。

In the quality management of construction projects in China,the competent departments usually control the quality of construction products from five important factors affecting the quality of projects.As a new technology,BIM has obvious advantages compared with the traditional construction qualification management technology.The article mainly expounds the application of BIM Technology in the implementation of quality management of construction projects,its benefits,existing problems and improvement measures,in order to promote the application of BIM Technology in project construction quality management.
