电石乙炔法生产聚氯乙烯节能措施探讨

摘要 聚氯乙烯通常采用电石乙炔法生产,电石乙炔法能生产出质量良好的聚氯乙烯,但能源消耗大。因此,在生产过程中需要制定科学措施,以节能为基础,让能源的消耗总量降到最低。通过分析电石乙炔法生产聚乙烯的工艺流程,阐述电石乙炔法生产聚氯乙烯节能的可行性和目的,重点阐述聚氯乙烯节能的有效措施,为该节能措施提供理论依据。 PVC is usually produced by calcium carbide acetylene method,which can produce PVC with good quality,but it consumes a lot of energy.Therefore,scientific measures should be formulated in the production process to minimize the total energy consumption based on energy conservation.By analyzing the technological process of polyethylene production by calcium carbide acetylene method,this paper expounds the feasibility and purpose of energy saving in PVC production by calcium carbide acetylene method,and emphatically expounds the effective measures for energy saving in PVC,which provides a theoretical basis for the energy saving measures.
