二期灰硫控制室噪声分析与治理

摘要 浙江浙能温州发电有限公司二期灰硫控制室被高噪声设备包围,室内的声学质量较差,尤其是中低频噪声较为突出,导致控制室内员工感觉不适。通过对二期灰硫控制室室内情况以及噪声污染来源现状进行分析,制定相应的治理措施。通过控制室内吸隔声吊顶改造、墙面新增吸隔声壁面、隔声门更换、窗户更换并增加一道隔声窗,高噪声设备加装隔声罩等有效的声学处理,降低了二期灰硫控制室内的噪声污染,有效改变了控制室内的声学环境,改善了职工的工作环境,提升了企业的职业健康管理水平。 The Phase II ash sulfur control room of Zhejiang Zheneng Wenzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.is surrounded by high noise equipment,and the indoor acoustic quality is poor,especially the medium and low frequency noise is prominent,which causes the employees in the control room to feel uncomfortable.In this paper,through the analysis of the indoor situation of Phase II ash sulfur control room and the current situation of noise pollution sources,the corresponding control measures are formulated.The noise pollution in the Phase II ash sulfur control room has been reduced,the acoustic environment in the control room has been effectively changed,the working environment of employees has been improved,and the occupational health management level of the enterprise has been improved by controlling the effective acoustic treatment such as the transformation of indoor sound absorption and insulation ceilings,the addition of sound absorption and insulation walls on the walls,the replacement of sound insulation doors,the replacement of windows and the addition of a sound insulation window,and the installation of sound insulation hoods on high noise equipment.
