摘要
以珠海兴业快线南段二标超大直径泥水盾构为背景,该同步拼推系统是为珠海兴业快线叠落式盾构施工量身定制。通过对同步拼推方法、系统分区模式、电机启动条件、泵源压力限制等进行阐述,横向分析同步拼推的结构特点,纵向分析液压系统的逻辑控制,综合分析了此推进系统解决盾构推进、拼装工序无法同步等施工问题的技术方法,该技术的成功应用提高了盾构推进、拼装的施工效率,对促进盾构推进技术更新迭代有至关重要的意义。
This paper is based on the super large diameter slurry shield machine of the second section of the southern section of Zhuhai Xingye Express Line.This synchronous thrust system is tailored for the construction of stacked shield machine of Zhuhai Xingye Express Line.Through the description of synchronous thrust method,system partition mode,motor starting conditions,pump source pressure limit,etc.,the structural characteristics of synchronous thrust are analyzed horizontally,and the logic control of hydraulic system is analyzed longitudinally.The comprehensive analysis of this thrust system solves the problems of shield tunneling technical methods for construction problems such as unsynchronized assembly process.The successful application of this technology improves the construction efficiency of shield tunneling and assembly,which is of great significance to promote the upgrading and iteration of shield tunneling technology.
