高变质无烟煤细颗粒在不同分选条件下的分配研究

Study on Distribution of Fine Particles of High Metamorphic Anthracite under Different Separation Conditions

对两种不同悬浮液固体体积浓度条件下,通过研究从原煤中<8mm部分在各产品和相应产品悬浮液中的分配进行密度、灰分分析,间接验证旋流器分选下限,同时对这部分粒级在各产品中的分选差异进行对比。此外,重点对<0.5mm煤泥在悬浮液和产品中的分选、分配情况进行探究,为更优的排泥净化工艺提供数据支持。

Under the conditions of two different suspension solid volume concentrations,density and ash analysis are conducted by studying the distribution of<8mm of raw coal in each product and corresponding product suspension to indirectly verify the lower limit of hydrocyclone separation,and at the same time,the separation difference of this part of particle size in each product is compared.In addition,the separation and distribution of<0.5mm coal slime in suspension and products are mainly explored to provide data support for better sludge purification process.
