城市综合体规划设计探索与实践—以长沙市嘉宇综合体项目为例

城市综合体是当前城市化发展的重要标志,也是城市建筑结构中不可分割的一部分,其功能具有多样性,可以满足各种价值的诉求,所以在对城市综合体进行规划设计时必须对各方面的需求予以有效协调,使各类复杂社会问题得到妥善解决。针对城市综合体的建筑设计特点进行了分析,并以长沙市嘉宇综合体项目为例,对该综合体规划设计遵循的原则、规划布局模式及规划设计要点进行分析,从而为类似城市综合体的规划设计提供支持。

Urban complex is an important symbol of the current urbanization development and an inseparable part of the urban building structure.Its functions are diverse and can meet the demands of various values.Therefore,when planning and designing urban complex,it is necessary to effectively coordinate the needs of all aspects to properly solve various complex social problems.This study analyzes the architectural design characteristics of urban complex,and takes Changsha Jiayu complex project as an example to analyze the planning and design principles,planning and layout modes and planning and design points of the complex,so as to provide support for the planning and design of similar urban complexes.
