复杂条件下不规则工作面持续稳定开采方案研究

摘要 随着矿井开采向深部地区延伸,矿井面临的地质条件越来越复杂,受地质构造影响,为最大限度的回收煤炭资源,工作面布置往往不规整,直接制约着矿井高产稳产。为了保证在复杂条件下实现安全高效开采,做到煤炭资源应收尽收,能采尽采,必须通过技术创新、工艺创新、管理创新等手段给予保证。相关人员通过“优化工作面设计、切顶卸压留巷、支架留巷及预存支架、锯齿对接联合开采”等方面的措施实现了112165工作面的持续稳定开采。 With the extension of mine mining to deep areas,the geological conditions faced by the mine are becoming more and more complex.Affected by the geological structure,in order to maximize the recovery of coal resources,the layout of the working face is often irregular,which directly restricts the high and stable production of the mine.In order to ensure safe and efficient mining under complex conditions,and to achieve the full collection of coal resources and the full exploitation of coal resources,technical innovation,technological innovation,management innovation and other means must be taken to ensure that,Xin’an Coal Mine of Fengfeng Group has carried out continuous and stable mining of working face 112165 through“optimizing working face design,roof cutting and pressure relief reserved roadway,support reserved roadway and pre stored support,sawtooth butt joint mining”.
