电液控超声波清理机的研究推广与市场调研

摘要 乳化液是综采工作面液压系统的“血液”,乳化液配置用水对液压支架系统的污染包括硬质颗粒、钙镁离子引起的结垢、菌类病毒等有机菌类、电化学腐蚀等4个方面。其中硬质颗粒容易对阀组造成机械磨损,钙镁离子引起的结垢容易造成传动系统的阻塞和机械磨损,现在使用的电液控支架阀芯对传动液过滤精度非常高,其中先导阀精度为10μm,因此在使用一段时间后,阀芯会因为结垢造成阀芯本身的通透性降低而产生堵塞现象,甚至报废。研究了将超声波清洗技术应用于滤芯的清洗,成功解决了电液控支架阀芯滤芯清洗难题。 Emulsion is the“blood”of the hydraulic system of the fully mechanized mining face.The pollution of the water used for emulsion configuration to the hydraulic support system includes four aspects:hard particles,scaling caused by calcium and magnesium ions,organic bacteria such as bacteria viruses,and electrochemical corrosion.Among them,hard particles are easy to cause mechanical wear to the valve group,and the scaling caused by calcium and magnesium ions is easy to cause blockage and mechanical wear of the transmission system.The electro-hydraulic support valve core used now has very highfiltering accuracy for the transmissionfluid,of which the precision of the pilot valve is 10μm.Therefore,after using for a period of time,the valve core will be blocked or even scrapped due to the reduced permeability of the valve core due to scaling.
