桥梁高墩尺蠖式液压自升降模架施工技术

摘要 尺蠖属于无脊椎动物,昆虫纲,鳞翅目,是尺蛾科昆虫幼虫的统称。其运动时以触手和基盘接触物体表面成为两个附着点,然后触手或基盘向另一附着点移动,固定后再次移动另一固着点,如此反复运动。近年来,随着我国高速公路基础设施建设的快速发展,跨越沟谷、河流的桥梁墩柱采用高墩的结构形式越来越多,高度不断增高。为了加快施工进度、提高施工质量、节约施工成本和保障施工安全,施工方法的探讨一直方兴未艾。目前,桥梁高墩柱施工技术主要有液压滑模、翻模、爬架翻模及液压爬架翻模等,但均不同程度存在工程质量不易保证、施工进度缓慢、安全风险较大及施工成本较高等缺点。根据尺蠖的运动特点,介绍了桥梁高墩尺蠖式液压自升降模架施工技术,为相关施工企业提供借鉴。 Inchworm belongs to invertebrate,Insecta,Lepidoptera,and the larva of Apodidae.During its movement,the tentacle and the base plate contact the surface of the object to become two attachment points,and then the tentacle or the base plate moves to another attachment point.After beingfixed,it moves the other attachment point again,so it moves repeatedly.In recent years,with the rapid development of Expressway infrastructure construction in China,the structural forms of high piers are more and more used for bridge piers crossing gullies and rivers,and the height is increasing.In order to speed up the construction progress,improve the construction quality,save the construction cost and ensure the construction safety,the discussion of construction methods has been a continuous topic in the industry.At present,in the construction of high piers and columns of bridges,the main construction technologies of most construction enterprises include hydraulic sliding mode,formwork turnover,climbing frame formwork turnover and hydraulic climbing frame formwork turnover.The construction cost and safety are high,but the construction cost and safety are not easy to be guaranteed.According to the movement characteristics of Inchworm,this paper introduces the construction technology of Inchworm hydraulic self-lifting formwork for high pier of bridge.
