高层建筑地下室防水工程施工技术研究

Study on Construction Technology of Basement Waterproof Engineering of High-rise Building

为了进一步改善生活品质,创造更加和谐的城市环境,人们对建筑企业地下工程的建设质量提出了更高的要求。在高层建筑规模不断扩大的大背景下,地下工程建设的复杂程度越来越高,导致混凝土建筑物很容易产生裂缝现象,从而诱发渗漏问题的产生。对此,重点分析影响高层建筑地下室建设工作的因素和诱发渗漏的原因,并针对这些常见的渗漏问题提出了相应的防水管控建议。

In order to further improve people’s quality of life and create a more harmonious urban environment for people’s life,China puts forward higher requirements for the construction quality of underground projects of construction enterprises.Under the background of the continuous expansion of the scale of high-rise buildings,the construction complexity of underground engineering is greatly improved,resulting in cracks in concrete buildings,which leads to leakage problems.In this regard,this paper focuses on the factors affecting the basement construction of high-rise buildings and the causes of induced leakage,and puts forward corresponding waterproof control suggestions for these common leakage problems.
