西非国家高强混凝土联锁块制作与优化的探讨

Discussion on Manufacture and Optimization of High Strength Concrete Interlocking Block in West African Countries

以加纳渔港综合设施项目高强度联锁块生产的实践经验为例,从价值工程角度出发,对联锁块的质量主要影响因素进行分析总结,实现质量稳定可靠的联锁块生产。在不同原材料的基础试验数据下,主要保证制造工艺、养护条件相同,对集料级配、水胶比进行对比分析。采用不同的配合比进行试生产,达到设计要求的联锁块。分析各种连锁块成本变化,总结在生产制作过程中出现的问题以及成本增减情况。总结实际生产经验,提出高强混凝土联锁块制作的最优化方案,对类似的非洲国家项目在预制联锁块时有可参考借鉴的意义。

Taking the practical experience in the production of high-strength interlocking blocks in Ghanafishing port complex project as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main influencing factors on the quality of interlocking blocks from the perspective of value engineering,so as to achieve the purpose of producing interlocking blocks with stable and reliable quality.Based on the characteristics of local raw materials and the basic test data of different raw materials,the aggregate gradation and water binder ratio are compared and analyzed to ensure that the manufacturing process and curing conditions are the same.Through trial production of interlocking blocks with different mix proportions to meet the design requirements,the cost changes are analyzed,and the problems and cost increases and decreases in the production process are summarized.Summing up the actual production experience can be used for reference when prefabricating interlocking blocks for similar projects in African countries.
