建筑工程地下室防渗漏施工技术的应用探析

摘要 随着城市化建设的发展,城市人口剧增,居民生活需求日盛。为了缓解人口压力、满足居民生活需求,各式各样的建筑逐渐增多。在建筑工程中,地下室防渗漏是核心内容,是确保建筑竣工后美观、稳固、使用安全的基本保障之一。然而建筑工程经常由于设计缺陷、原材料不达标、施工不规范及管理不到位等原因,导致地下室渗漏问题出现。为减少渗漏带来的安全隐患、降低后期维修费用、减少业主投诉事件的发生,做好地下室的防渗漏成为建筑施工的一项重要内容。在施工过程中基础、底板、墙体、后浇带、膨胀缝、地下室顶板、管道工程及穿墙螺杆等部位的施工是地下室防渗漏的关键,对此开展了相关研究。 With the development of urbanization,in order to alleviate the population pressure and meet the living needs of residents,a variety of buildings are gradually increasing.In construction engineering,basement leakage prevention is the core content and one of the basic guarantees to ensure the beauty,stability and safe use of the building after completion.However,basement leakage often occurs in construction projects due to design defects,substandard raw materials,non-standard construction and inadequate management.In order to reduce the potential safety hazards caused by leakage,reduce the later maintenance cost and reduce the occurrence of complaints by the owner due to leakage,it is more and more important to do a good job in the anti-leakage of basement.In the construction process,the construction of foundation,bottom plate,wall,post pouring belt,expansion joint,basement roof,pipeline engineering and through wall screw is the key to prevent leakage of basement.
