某城市临江的17m深基坑施工降水问题处理 被引量:1

摘要 某城市的临江项目基坑靠近乌龙江,最近处仅200m,基坑深度近17m。在正常施工过程中,发现按原设计图纸基坑无法降到设计标高,且仍有6~7m的差距。通过加大水泵功率并持续监测,发现渗透系数远超地勘报告中的数值,最终通过逐步加大排水、增设降水井并优化设计承台厚度等措施,使理论日排水量增加到58320 m3/d,在保证安全和经济的前提下,降低了水面标高,使工程得以顺利施工。 The foundation pit of this project is close to Wulong River,the nearest distance is only 200m.And the foundation pit depth is nearly 17 m.During the normal construction,it was found that the foundation pit depth cannot arrive to the designed elevation according to the original design drawings,nearly 6~7 meters higher than the design elevation.Through the power of the water pump increasing and continuous monitoring,it was found that the permeability coefficient was far higher than that of the geological exploration report.Finally,by increasing drainage,adding the precipitation well and optimizing the platform thickness,the theoretical daily drainage capacity was increased to 58320 m3/d.Under the premise of ensuring safety and economy,the water level was reduced and the construction of this project has been going on smoothly.
