BIM技术不断发展,其在建筑行业得到广泛应用。利用BIM技术进行三维建模,在项目市政施工前,有效解决住宅项目外网管线交叉导致的标高不够、场地受限导致管道排列不开等一系列的施工问题。BIM技术在住宅项目市政管网施工中应用前景广阔。

In recent years,with the continuous development of BIM technology,BIM technology accounts for more and more proportion in the construction industry.This paper aims to use BIM technology to carry out 3D modeling to effectively solve a series of construction problems such as insufficient elevation caused by the crossing of municipal external network pipelines in residential projects,and the inability to arrange pipelines due to site constraints before the municipal construction of projects.It also discusses the application of BIM technology in the construction of municipal network in residential projects.
