悬索桥索塔塔身施工技术及工艺改进策略

摘要 在悬索桥工程的实际施工中,索塔可以对主索起到支承作用,是一种塔型结构物。当受到荷载直接作用力后,索塔应有效承受中边跨主缆的水平分力,将会增加分力的变化幅度,此现象会直接影响到索塔塔身结构的安全性和稳定性。因此,在悬索桥的索塔塔身施工期间,施工人员应合理应用施工技术,掌握相应的施工方法,对其施工工艺加以改进,从而使索塔塔身施工质量得到保证。针对悬索桥索塔塔身施工技术进行分析,以某工程为例探讨了索塔塔身的施工工艺流程,介绍了设备选型、场地规划等相关内容,并提出具体的施工技术,希望能够为相关施工人员提供参考和借鉴。 In the actual construction of suspension bridge project,the cable tower can support the main cable.It is a tower structure.When it is subjected to the direct force of load,the cable tower should effectively bear the horizontal component of the main cable in the middle and side spans,which will increase the variation range of the component.This phenomenon will directly affect the safety and stability of the tower body structure of the cable tower.Therefore,during the construction of the cable tower body of the suspension bridge,the construction personnel should reasonably apply the construction technology,master the corresponding construction methods,and improve the construction technology,so as to effectively improve the construction quality of the cable tower body.This paper analyzes the construction technology of the cable tower body of the suspension bridge,discusses the construction process of the cable tower body with a project as an example,introduces the equipment selection,site planning and other related contents,and puts forward specific construction technology methods,hoping to provide some reference for relevant construction personnel.
