摘要
目前条斑紫菜育苗过程中,需人工多频次采用毛刷清洗大量育苗贝壳和育苗池,清洗后仍需重新摆放贝壳,工作强度大、效率低。文中结合条斑紫菜育苗对贝壳清洗要求,提出将所有育苗贝壳采用上下层网片定位、缝合成1条可卷绕的育苗贝壳网帘,设计高压水射流数控清洗装备,实现对育苗贝壳网帘边卷绕边移动的同步扫描清洗;文中进一步对清洗装备进行了设计计算。样机试验结果表明,采用喷孔直径为0.79 mm的扇形喷嘴组成的喷嘴组,可以在31 min内完成对贝壳、育苗池底和育苗池壁高效、低耗、有效的清洗,设计参数合理,具有较高的推广应用价值和较好的应用前景。
At present,in the process of Porphyra yezoensis seedling cultivation,it is necessary to manually clean a large number of seedling shells and seedling ponds with a brush more frequently.After cleaning,shells must still be placed again,with high work intensity and low efficiency.In this paper,according to the requirements for shell cleaning of Porphyra yezoensis seedling,it is innovatively proposed that all seedling shells should be positioned by upper and lower layers of meshes and sewed into a rolling shell net curtain for seedling cultivation,and a high-pressure water jet numerical control cleaning equipment is designed to achieve synchronous scanning cleaning of the rolling and moving of the shell net curtain for seedling cultivation;In this paper,the cleaning equipment is further designed and calculated.The prototype test results show that the nozzle group composed ofΦ0.79 mm fan shaped nozzles can complete the efficient,low consumption and effective cleaning of shells,the bottom and wall of the nursery pool within 31 minutes.The design parameters are reasonable,which has high promotion and application value and good application prospects.
