山东省民宿空间分布特征及影响因素研究

Spatial distribution characteristics of homestay in Shandong province

民宿作为旅游发展新业态,其空间利用方式受到广泛关注。文中基于Airbnb民宿数据,综合采取GIS空间分析方法,分析山东省民宿空间分布特征,并基于地理探测器探讨民宿空间集聚的影响因素。结果显示:1)山东省民宿呈集聚不均衡分布态势。2)民宿空间集聚程度与集聚态势异质性显著,胶东民宿形成“三核集聚、沿海带状布局”的空间密度格局,内陆民宿形成“单核集聚、多核心组团”的空间密度格局。3)社会经济因素是影响山东省民宿分布的首要因素和主导因素,其次是旅游发展因素,最后是区位交通因素与自然环境因素。其中,A级景区密度、酒店密度、人均可支配收入、人口密度是影响山东省民宿分布的主要因素。研究发现为优化民宿空间格局、促进民宿产业高质量发展提供参考。

As a new form of tourism,the space utilization of homestay has attracted wide attention.Based on Airbnb data,we analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of homestay in Shandong province using GIS spatial analysis,and discuss the factors influencing homestay spatial agglomeration based on Geodetectors.The results show:1)Homestay in Shandong province shows a trend of agglomeration and unbalanced distribution.2)The spatial agglomeration degree and agglomeration trend of homestay are significantly heterogeneous,with the spatial density pattern of"three-core agglomeration and coastal zonal layout"in Jiaodong and"single-core agglomeration and multi-core group layout"in inland.3)Social and economic factors are the primary and dominant factors affecting the distribution of homestay in Shandong province,followed by factors of tourism,and finally regional traffic and natural environment.Among them,the density of A-level scenic spots,hotel density,disposable income per capita and population density are the main factors affecting the distribution of homestay in Shandong province.The findings provide a reference for optimizing the spatial pattern of homestay and promoting the high-quality development of the homestay industry.
