重型柴油车远程OBD系统数据分析研究进展综述 被引量:3

摘要 重型柴油车是大气中氮氧化物和颗粒物的重要来源。远程OBD系统将OBD技术与无线通讯技术相结合,将车辆的运行数据、排放状况和故障信息发送给监管部门,可实现对重型柴油车全生命周期的排放监控。目前围绕重型柴油车远程OBD系统数据分析的主要研究方向包括:超排车识别和故障诊断、车辆后处理系统作弊识别和实际道路环境下车辆性能特征分析,本文对以上3个方向的研究进展进行了综述。超排车识别的关键问题是如何基于现有远程OBD系统采集的NO x浓度数据和有限的车辆状态数据识别车辆排放是否符合法规要求,车辆后处理系统作弊识别的关键问题是如何平衡作弊识别算法的准确性和复杂性。实际道路环境下车辆性能特征分析为法规制定和动力技术升级提供重要参考。 Heavy-duty diesel vehicle is an important source of nitrogen oxides and particulates in the atmosphere.The remote OBD system combines OBD technology with wireless communication technology to send the vehicle operation data,emission status and fault information to the regulatory authorities,so as to realize the whole life-cycle emission monitoring of heavy-duty diesel vehicles.At present,the main research directions regarding the data analysis of the remote OBD system for heavy-duty diesel vehicles include high-emission vehicle identification and fault diagnosis,tampering detection of aftertreatment system and analysis of vehicle performance characteristics under real-world driving conditions.This paper summarizes the research progress in the above three directions.The key issue of high-emission vehicle identification is to identify whether the vehicle emissions comply with emission regulation requirements based on the NO x concentration data and limited vehicle status data provided by the remote OBD system.The key issue of the tampering detection of aftertreatment system is how to balance the accuracy and complexity of the tampering detection algorithm.The analysis of vehicle performance characteristics under real-world driving conditions provides an important reference for the formulation of emission regulations and the upgrading of powertrain technology.
