摘要 随着互联网科技的高速发展和社会生活的需要,2020年5月国家发改委倡议,政府和社会各界推进企业数字化转型,构建数字化产业链。在数字化的诸多优势中,高效率尤为突出,对企业效益和竞争力提升巨大。然而,人工操作的环节耗时过长,成为链条上最大的短板,这个现实难题亟待解决。根据木桶效应,解决了这个短板问题,就能提升全流程的效率。文中将详细阐述如何利用人工智能领域的机器视觉及机器学习取代人工检验环节,并与其他不可取代的人工环节以及系统环节实现非入侵式协同。 With the rapid development of Internet technology and the needs of social life,the National Development and Reform Commission proposed in May 2020 that the government and all sectors of society promote the digital transformation of enterprises and build a digital industrial chain.Among the many advantages of digitalization,high efficiency is particularly prominent,which greatly improves the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.However,the link of manual operation takes too long and becomes the biggest short board on the chain.This practical problem is in front of us and needs to be solved urgently.According to the cask effect,if this problem is solved,the efficiency of the whole process can be improved.This paper will elaborate on how to use machine vision and machine learning in the field of artificial intelligence to replace the manual inspection link,and how to achieve non-invasive collaboration with other irreplaceable artificial links and system links.
