关于中职电气自动化教学中一体化教学模式的运用策略分析

摘要 当前中职院校的电气自动化课程内容和教学模式已不能满足相关企业对职工能力的需求,虽然多年来,中职电气自动化教学积极探索职教衔接的模式以适应新形势的发展,但仍存在人才培养与岗位需求不匹配、校企缺乏深度合作、人才培养水平不高等现实问题。为适应企业创新发展要求,中职电气自动化教学有必要实施一体化教学模式,以促进电气自动化教学的发展。文中以电气自动化一体化教学为研究课题,分析了中职电气自动化教学的现状,提出了有针对性的一体化教学模式的运用策略,以更好地帮助学生提升职业核心竞争力,为其未来的就业打下坚实的基础。 At present,the content and teaching mode of electrical automation courses in secondary vocational schools can no longer meet the training needs of relevant enterprises for staff capabilities.Although the electrical automation teaching in secondary vocational schools has actively explored the mode of vocational education convergence to adapt to the development of the new situation for many years,there are still practical problems such as the mismatch between talent training and post needs,the lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the low level of talent training.In order to adapt to the requirements of enterprise innovation and development,it is necessary to implement the integrated teaching mode in secondary vocational electrical automation teaching to promote the development of electrical automation teaching.This paper takes the integrated teaching of electrical automation as the research topic,analyzes the current situation of the electrical automation teaching in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward the application strategies of the targeted integrated teaching mode,so as to better help students improve their vocational core competitiveness and protect their future employment.
