云环境下的数字图书馆知识管理探讨

在数字化生存时代,数字图书馆是一种重要的文化基础设施。随着网络技术、信息技术和通信技术等手段的不断成熟和广泛应用,图书馆正面临着前所未有的挑战,势必改写信息时代下人们的文化生活版图。在这场数字化革命浪潮中,传统图书馆将被取代,而数字图书馆则将以其独特的优势得到快速发展。在此环境中,最初提出的管理理论已无法适应现代数字图书馆存在和发展的需要,为此,推行知识管理也成了数字图书馆建设的必然趋势。知识管理是对知识资源的组织、开发、利用和保护等一系列活动过程进行科学管理的一种新方法和新理念。文中特别提出了数字图书馆知识管理的实施策略。

In the era of digital existence,digital library is an important cultural infrastructure.With the continuous maturity and wide application of network technology,information technology,communication technology and other technical means,libraries are facing unprecedented challenges and are bound to rewrite the map of people Us cultural life in the information age.In this wave of digital revolution,traditional libraries will be replaced,and digital libraries will develop rapidly with their unique advantages.In this environment,the management theory initially put forward can no longer meet the needs of the existence and development of modern digital libraries.Therefore,the implementation of knowledge management has become an inevitable trend in the construction of digital libraries.Knowledge management is a new method and concept for scientific management of a series of activities such as organization,development,utilization and protection of knowledge resources.This paper puts forward the implementation strategy of knowledge management in digital library.
