新时代职教教师教育共同体:核心要素、现实困境与治理路径

摘要 新时代职教教师教育共同体是建设高质量职教教师教育体系的重要支撑。多元主体、共同愿景、合作参与、实践取向、共享共赢构成了职教教师教育共同体的核心要素。职教教师教育共同体的构建面临目标导向功利化、合作形式表层化、思维方式行政化、改革主题理论化等现实困境。突破职教教师教育共同体发展的藩篱,需要树立善治理念,优化治理路径:培植共享性思维,达成共同发展愿景;强化制度性保障,建立健全运行机制;坚持实践性取向,推动教师专业发展;重塑合作性文化,营造共生共赢环境。 The community of vocational teachers’ education in the new era is an important support for the construction of high-quality vocational education teachers’ education system. Multi-subjects, common vision,cooperation and participation, practice orientation, sharing and win-win constitute the core elements of the vocational education teacher education community. The construction of the educational community of vocational teachers is faced with practical dilemmas, such as the utilitarianism of goal orientation, the superficial form of cooperation,the administrative mode of thinking, and the theorization of reform themes. To break through the barriers of the development of vocational education teachers’ education community, we need to establish the concept of good governance and optimize the governance path;cultivate shared thinking and achieve a common development vision;strengthen the institutional guarantee and establish and improve the operation mechanism;adhere to the practical orientation and promote the professional development of teachers;rebuild the cooperative culture and create a winwin environment.
