医疗街模式植入后的综合医院设计探究

Research on the Design of General Hospital after the Implantation of Medical Street Model

医疗街既是医院的独立功能活动空间亦是医疗建筑的一种设计模式,对于医院的建筑形态、交通流线、空间组织、功能组织及使用等有直接影响。文章将先从医疗街的诞生开始追溯,再对其发展历程进行概述,对综合医院常见的设计模式进行归纳,并进行横向较比,说明医疗街模式的特点与优势。从医院的形态、交通与功能组织、空间与尺度设计等要点切入,进一步对医疗街进行展开分析说明。最后基于各个要点的角度逐一提出优化建议,希望对日后我国医疗街专项研究起到一定的作用。

Medical street is not only the independent functional activity space of the hospital,but also a design mode of medical architecture.It has a direct impact on the architectural form,traffic flow line,spatial organization,functional organization,and use scale of the hospital.This paper first traces back from the birth of the medical street,explores its development process,summarizes the common design modes of general hospitals,and makes a horizontal comparison to explain the characteristics and advantages of the medical street mode.Starting from the key points of hospital form,traffic and functional organization,space and scale design,this paper further analyzes and explains the medical street.Finally,based on the perspective of each key point,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions one by one,hoping to play a certain role in the special research of medical street in China in the future.
