外陰富於細胞血管纖維瘤1例

Case report:cellular angiofibroma of the vulva

摘要 患者女,63歲,因“左側外陰腫物10月,明顯增大1月”入院。體格檢查:左側外陰自陰阜到大陰唇可見一大小約16cm×15cm×15cm腫物,質中偏軟;蒂部粗約10cm,表面無潰瘍,無壓痛,未觸及波動(圖1見封3)。盆腔MRI:左側外陰(陰阜到大陰唇)腫塊,腫塊實性為主、含少許脂肪成分,大小約12.8cm×7.8cm×9.8cm,信號混雜,邊緣清楚,病灶邊緣見厚薄不均的包膜,病灶蒂長約5.6cm。考慮惡性腫瘤:脂肪肉瘤與惡性畸胎瘤鑒別。
