A超與IOL MASTER測量人工晶體度數的準確性比較

摘要 目的比較和分析白内障手術前A超與IOL MASTER測量人工晶體度數的準確性。方法選取本院過去半年病例,200例年齡相關性白内障患者,術前分別探用A超和IOL MASTER設備測量人工晶體度數,作為預測值。所有患者均接受白内障超聲乳化+人工晶體植入術,術中及術後1個月無任何併發症。術後1月檢測手術眼屈光度,並與術前A超或IOL MASTER測量的預測值做配對比較,分析術前預測值與術後1個月實際屈光度的差異。結果術前A超和IOL MASTER的預測值與手術後1個月實際屈光度的平均誤差分別為:0.40±0.37DS和0.41±0.35DS,統計學分析,兩組差異無顯著性(P>0.05)。結論A超和IOL MASTER對年齡相關性白内障患者術前預測值與術後1個月實際屈光度有良好的一致性,兩種檢測方法對患者術後屈光度誤差無明顯差異。 Objective To compare the accuracy of A-scan and IOL Master in intraocular lens power measurement.Methods Two hundred patients with age-related cataract were included in the study.Intraocular lens power was measured by A-scan and IOL-Master before surgery and calculated according to the SRK-T formula.e refractive outcome was measured by auto-refractometer one month after surgery.Resultse mean absolute refractive error(MAE)in A-scan was(0.40±0.37)DS,while that of IOL-Master was(0.41±0.35)DS.ere was no signicant dierence between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusionere is no signicant dierence between A-scan and IOL Master in intraocular lens power measurement.
