Information In December 2016,a 45-year-old Chinese female consulted the emergency room in Conde S.Januario Hospital Macao,presenting one day history of severe abdominal pain.Her epigastric abdominal pain was spontaneous and acute in onset with radiation to the back. e patient denied symptoms of biliary colic or alcohol consumption.She denied abdominal trauma or preceding viral syndromes.No recent medication changes.She further denied chest pain,angina,or frequent over the counter medication use.
