275例皮膚惡性腫瘤及癌前病變臨床分析

Clinical analysis of 275 cases with skin cancer and precancerous lesions

目的探討本院近十年皮膚惡性腫瘤及癌前病變的發病特點。方法回顧性分析中國澳門鏡湖醫院2009年至2018年期間經病理確診的皮膚惡性腫瘤及癌前病變患者臨床及組織病理資料。結果275例診斷為皮膚惡性腫瘤及癌前病變,前三位分別是基底細胞癌、日光性角化病及鱗狀細胞癌;患者發病年齡中位數62歲,男女比例為0.8:1,發病部位以頭臉部最常見(170例,佔61.5%)。結論近十年本院皮膚惡性腫瘤及癌前病變發病率呈上升趨勢,老年人好發,其中以基底細胞癌發病率最高。

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of skin cancer and precancerous lesions in our hospital in the past decade.Methods The clinical and histological data of pathologically diagnosed skin cancer and precancerous lesions from 2009 to 2018 in Kiang Wu Hospital of Macao China were retrospectively analyzed.Results 275 cases were diagnosed as skin cancer and precancerous lesions.The first three were basal cell carcinoma,solar keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma.The median age of onset was 62 years old,the ratio of male to female was 0.8:1.Head,face and neck were the most common location of skin cancer and precancerous lesions(170 cases,61.5%).Conclusion The incidence of skin cancer and precancerous lesions in our hospital has increased in the past decade,and the elderly are prone to occur.Among them,the incidence of basal cell carcinoma is the highest.
