摘要
Sheehan’s syndrome(SS)refers to varying degrees of anterior pituitary hormone deficiency due to infarction of the physiologically enlarged pituitary gland of pregnancy after postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)and consequent circulatory failure[1].It is believed incidence is low with better obstetric care, especially in developed countries[2-4].Therefore there is less concern for SS than in the past.We report a case of delayed diagnosis of SS with hyponatremia.
